1. Definitions and Interpretation
1.1 Definitions
In these Terms and Conditions, unless the context otherwise requires:

"Company", "We", "Us", "Our" means Triple T Training.

"Learner", "Candidate", "You", "Your" means any individual attending, booking or participating in a course provided by Triple T Training.

"Employer" means the company or organisation booking training on behalf of one or more learners.

"Course" means any classroom, practical, online, blended learning or assessment programme delivered by Triple T Training.

"Trainer" means any employee, contractor or authorised instructor delivering training on behalf of Triple T Training.

"Assessment" means any written, verbal, practical or online examination required to complete a course.
-
"Certification" means any certificate, qualification, card or accreditation issued following successful completion of a course, where applicable.

"Training Venue" means any premises, construction site, client premises or online platform where training is delivered.

"Business Day" means Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays in England and Wales.

"Course Fee" means the agreed price payable for the training course.
1.2 Interpretation
These Terms and Conditions apply to every booking made with Triple T Training unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Headings are included for convenience only and do not affect interpretation.
Any reference to legislation includes amendments, replacements or re-enactments of that legislation.
Where the words "including" or "includes" are used, they shall mean "including without limitation."
2. About Triple T Training
Triple T Training is a professional construction training provider delivering accredited and non-accredited training to individuals, contractors, employers and organisations operating within the construction industry.
Our services may include:

Construction Skills Training

Plant and Machinery Training

Working at Height Training

Manual Handling
-
First Aid
-
Site Safety Courses
-
Competency Assessments

Refresher Training

Bespoke Employer Training

Online Learning Programmes
Where applicable, courses may be delivered in accordance with the requirements of recognised awarding organisations and certification bodies.
3. Acceptance of these Terms
By booking, paying for or attending any course provided by Triple T Training, you confirm that you have read, understood and agreed to these Terms and Conditions.
Where an employer makes a booking on behalf of a learner, both the employer and the learner agree to comply with these Terms.
Triple T Training reserves the right to amend these Terms from time to time. The version in force at the time of booking shall apply unless otherwise agreed in writing.
4. Course Bookings
4.1 Booking Process
Bookings may be made by telephone, email, our website or any other approved booking method.
A booking is not confirmed until:

the booking has been accepted by Triple T Training; and
-
any required deposit or payment has been received (where applicable).
Triple T Training reserves the right to refuse any booking where necessary.
4.2 Course Availability
All courses are subject to availability.
Triple T Training reserves the right to amend training dates, venues, instructors or course schedules where operational circumstances require.
Where changes are necessary, reasonable notice will be provided whenever possible.
4.3 Learner Responsibilities
Before attending a course, learners must:

provide accurate personal information;
-
disclose any relevant medical conditions or accessibility requirements where these may affect participation;

bring any required identification documents;
-
arrive at the specified reporting time; and
-
comply with all health and safety instructions provided by Triple T Training.
Failure to meet these requirements may result in refusal of entry.
5. Cancellation by the Learner
5.1 Cancellation More Than 30 Days Before the Course
Where written notice of cancellation is received more than thirty (30) calendar days before the scheduled course start date, the booking may be cancelled without charge and any fees paid will be refunded, less any non-refundable administrative costs if previously agreed.
5.2 Cancellation Within 30 Days of the Course
Where written notice of cancellation is received less than thirty (30) calendar days before the scheduled course start date, Triple T Training reserves the right to charge a cancellation fee equal to twenty percent (20%) of the total course fee.
5.3 Failure to Attend
Learners who fail to attend a booked course without prior written notice may forfeit the full course fee.
5.4 Refunds
Where refunds are due, they will normally be processed within fourteen (14) business days using the original payment method unless otherwise agreed.
6. Personal Protective Equipment (PPE)
Certain practical courses require learners to wear suitable Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) to ensure compliance with health and safety legislation and site rules.
Unless otherwise stated, learners are responsible for providing their own PPE.
Required PPE may include:

Safety Boots with toe protection

High-Visibility Vest or Jacket
-
Safety Helmet (Hard Hat)
-
Protective Gloves
-
Eye Protection (Safety Glasses or Goggles) where required
-
Hearing Protection where required
-
Appropriate work clothing suitable for construction environments
Triple T Training reserves the right to refuse entry to any practical training or assessment where a learner fails to wear suitable PPE.
No refund or compensation will be payable where attendance is refused due to inadequate PPE.
Where PPE is supplied by Triple T Training, learners must use it in accordance with all safety instructions and return any reusable equipment in good condition before leaving the training venue.
Learners are responsible for ensuring that all PPE is properly fitted, maintained and suitable for the activities being undertaken.
